3 Arrested In Connection With Pembroke Shooting

A man was struck by gunfire Sunday afternoon at the SS Friendly Market in Pembroke Township and Kankakee police later made three arrests in connection with the incident.  The victim was hit by gunfire in the leg and made his own way to the hospital.  A description of a suspect vehicle was given to Kankakee police who spotted it on East Court Street and gave pursuit.  The vehicle then pulled into a parking lot and someone inside attempted to throw away a gun into the business’s dumpster.  Arrested for possession of a stolen firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a firearm were 28 year Kevin D. Logan, 30 year old Michael A. Logan and 39 year old James S. Stewart.
